Matt Chandross
President and CEO
Matt brings to AMB a wealth of experience in the medical billing industry as well as his leadership skills. Prior to AMB, Matt was responsible for directing and facilitating education-based programs. It is Matt’s dogged attention to detail, drive to achieve desired results, and his core values that is responsible for AMB’s continued success in exceeding customer expectations.
Matt holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two children.

Allison Bouie
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Allison Bouie serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at AMB and has been with the company since 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Prior to her current role, Allison spent seven years as a first-grade teacher before focusing on raising her family. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband and their four children.

New Business Development Consultant
As an Arizona native and graduate of the University of Arizona, Sam has been working with AMB since early 2023. After varying experiences from financial analyst to ticket sales, Matt reached out and connected with Sam to assist with AMB’s growth. He enjoys an active lifestyle and hopes to travel more in the future. Interested in professional sports, the outdoors, spending time with his family, and exploring new things.
Account Management Team
All of our dedicated Account Managers are located in the U.S. and have received extensive training to manage all of your billing or practice needs. Most have been with AMB many years and have a combined decades of experience in the industry. All providers have a specific, dedicated AM who is committed to the success and satisfaction of each account. They are a perfect example of AMB’s values and the personal relationships we create with clients.

Renee Berry

Lorri Bucholz
Lorri Bucholz is a Michigan native that has been living in the valley since 2005. She began working at AMB in early 2019. Lorri holds a bachelor of science and doctorate of osteopathic medicine degree from Michigan State University. After practicing as a neurologist for 8 years, Lorri decided to put her practice on hold while raising her three children. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, traveling and reading.

Diana Collins
Diana is an Arizona native who joined AMB in 2025. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from ASU. After working in the financial investment business for 13 years, she became a stay-at-home mom. She then worked in Medicare brokerage for 3 years before joining AMB. Diana lives happily in Cave Creek with her husband & two children. She enjoys time with her family, traveling and keeping busy with her children’s active schedules.

Melissa Gonzalez

Esther Haas
Esther joined AMB in 2015 and brings a unique background and diverse skills to the team. Originally from Budapest, Hungary, she is fluent in Hungarian, German, and English. Before dedicating herself to her family, Esther worked as a Landscape Architect for over 10 years. Now a mother, wife, and homemaker, she enjoys crafting, sewing, and reading in her free time. Esther cherishes the opportunity to visit her native country whenever possible.

Rayme Jacobs

Lauren Kay
Lauren lives in Scottsdale, AZ. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin and a JD from the Chicago Kent College of Law. When Lauren is not working she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie Mason
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science – Human Development from Cal State University San Marcos. She’s been with AMB since 2013 and truly enjoys assisting any and all of her accounts. When she’s not assisting valued clients, Stephanie is busy with her two wonderful boys and husband.

Trisha Mancini
Trisha Mancini, a native of Indiana and Indiana University alumna, began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist working in private practice for seventeen years before transitioning to a stay-at-home mom. Since 2003, she has called Cave Creek, AZ, home, where she and her husband are raising their three kids. Trisha thrives on an active lifestyle, enjoying running, working out, traveling, supporting her children’s sports endeavors, and always embracing time with family and friends to the fullest.

Noelle Schneider
Noelle and her husband grew up together in Colorado and moved to Cave Creek, Arizona in 2007. She’s been with AMB since 2011. Prior to that, Noelle was a stay at home mom raising four awesome boys. She has a background in art and enjoys painting, cooking and decorating as well as hiking and being outdoors.

Jodi Vogel
Jodi started with AMB in 2020. She is originally from Chicago but now lives in Cave Creek, AZ with her husband and two children. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and has enjoyed teaching Preschool for the past 16 years.
Provider Support Team
Our provider support team is available for anything that isn’t handled by our Account Managers or under the billing department.
Guided by our Director of Provider Support, Leslie Ziff, they are experts in Contracting & Credentialing, EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers), Fee Schedules, Rate Increases, Database Management, Insurance information, and so much more. Their efforts allow us to complete anything and everything our providers need without outsourcing or compromising quality service.

Dena Myers
Provider Support Specialist
Dena has worked with AMB since 2015. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two children. Some of her interests include yoga, camping, and music.

Kristyn Molina
Provider Support Specialist
Kristyn started with AMB in 2025. She lives in Phoenix with her husband and twin daughters. She previously worked as an RN in the NICU until the birth of her twin daughters whom she raised as a stay-at-home mom. She has spent time volunteering and supporting her kid’s activities. She enjoys traveling, exercise, and spending time with her family.
