Matt Chandross

Matt Chandross, M.ED.

President and Founder

Matt brings to AMB a wealth of experience in the medical billing industry as well as his leadership skills. Prior to AMB, Matt was responsible for directing and facilitating education-based programs. It is Matt’s dogged attention to detail, drive to achieve desired results, and his core values that is responsible for AMB’s continued success in exceeding customer expectations.

Matt holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two children.

Allison Bouie

Allison joined AMB in 2015. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. She was a first grade teacher for seven years before staying home with her children. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and four children.

Holly lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with her husband and her two children. She has been working for AMB since 2012. Holly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University. Her former employers include Disneyland, The Colorado Rockies and Coors Brewing Company.

Leslie joined AMB in 2014 and earned a BBA and MAcc degree from the University of Michigan. She lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and two sons. Leslie previously worked for more than seven years as a financial cost management consultant for a Fortune 50 company. She enjoys traveling, reading, and exercising.

All of our dedicated Account Managers are located in the U.S. and have received extensive training to manage all of your billing or practice needs. Most have been with AMB many years and have a combined decades of experience in the industry. All providers have a specific, dedicated AM who is committed to the success and satisfaction of each account. After 20 years as a military wife and living in many wonderful places, Renee landed in sunny Cave Creek, Arizona. It’s a great area where she gets to enjoy riding her motorcycle, hiking, photography and walking my dog. I’m also known as a card maker…making cards for those I love and for many charities.

Lorri Bucholz is a Michigan native that has been living in the valley since 2005. She began working at AMB in early 2019. Lorri holds a bachelor of science and doctorate of osteopathic medicine degree from Michigan State University. After practicing as a neurologist for 8 years, Lorri decided to put her practice on hold while raising her three children. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, traveling and reading.
Sofia Coleburn

Sofia loves being a mother and a wife. She has been with AMB since 2019. She enjoys the outdoors and she is a huge NFL fan – Go Eagles! She came to United States from Bulgaria when she was 12 years old and has lived in many different states. Sofia currently resides in Saint Peters, MO. Before she worked at AMB, Sofia was a LPN for local group homes in Arizona.

Melissa moved to Phoenix Arizona from Chicago in 2012. She hold a B.A. in Accounting from Illinois State University. Melissa loves hiking, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two children.
Esther Haas

Esther joined AMB in 2015. She is a mother, wife, and homemaker who likes to craft, sew and read in her spare time. She came to the United States from Budapest, Hungary. Besides English, she is fluent in Hungarian and German. Esther loves going back to visit her native country as often as she can. Before she became a mother, Esther was a Landscape Architect for 10+ years.

Rayme lives in metro Detroit, Michigan. She holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. When she is not working, Rayme spends time with her husband and two teenage sons, and enjoys knitting, weaving and spinning yarn.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science – Human Development from Cal State University San Marcos. She’s been with AMB since 2013 and truly enjoys assisting any and all of her accounts. When she’s not assisting valued clients, Stephanie is busy with her two wonderful boys and husband.

Carol has been with AMB since 2011. Prior to that time, she worked as a nurse (RN BSN) in several different clinical areas, including cardiology, home health, and hospice. Working at AMB has been a transition from the clinical to the business side of healthcare for Carol. When not working, she loves spending time with her grandchildren, baking goodies, reading, and listening to classical music.

Noelle and her husband grew up together in Colorado and moved to Cave Creek, Arizona in 2007. She’s been with AMB since 2011. Prior to that, Noelle was a stay at home mom raising four awesome boys. She has a background in art and enjoys painting, cooking and decorating as well as hiking and being outdoors.

Michelle joined AMB in 2018 and has a B.A. from Tufts University and a law degree from the University of Connecticut. After law school, Michelle shifted careers to being an elementary school teacher. Today, in addition to her role at AMB, Michelle (with the help of her husband of 20 years) manages the hectic schedules of two teenagers.

Jodi started with AMB in 2020. She is originally from Chicago but now lives in Cave Creek, AZ with her husband and two children. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and has enjoyed teaching Preschool for the past 16 years.

Provider Support Team

Our provider support team is available for anything that isn’t handled by our Account Managers or under the billing department.

Guided by our Director of Provider Support, Leslie Ziff, they are experts in Contracting & Credentialing, EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers), Fee Schedules, Rate Increases, Database Management, Insurance information, and so much more. Their efforts allow us to complete anything and everything our providers need without outsourcing or compromising quality service.
